A place for known brands, local makers and community organisations to experiment. That's 330m of new retail frontage on King's Boulevard, the equivalent of 60 London buses bumper to bumper.





We’ve created something remarkable for Google ground floor units: disruptive storefronts that foster connections, encourage interaction and invite people in.

Not content with row upon row of retail regularity, Google ground floor reflects the diversity that's all around it.
At the north and south ends: two larger spaces - one a retail anchor, the other a community hub. Between them, 19 Units for you to make your own: a mix of flagship stores, a market hall, and ambitious independents.
